Honestly, I rarely leave bad reviews, but this place is beyond disappointing. While I cannot say that every employee was slack, the three we encountered did not exhibit any work ethic - very unprofessional + borderline rude. Further, the last three times I have tried to order a side salad, they claim to be out. However, after attempting to order another one, one of the employees yelled to the employee taking our order: “Yo! I told you not to sell anymore. I didn’t make any today.” Very sad - especially considering the facility is updated + modern - just not maintained at all.
I waited for about 15 minutes for my food (through the drive thru) and didn't get what I ordered. It wasn't just slightly wrong, it was incorrect in it's entirety. I went inside and waited in line all over again for the food I had actually asked for. So much trouble for a simple order.
The folks here were absolutely great! The service and the food was wonderful. Our Christian School stopped here during our trip home, and we were impressed. We also love the inspirational music that was playing!
Fast food restaurants are becoming more expensive! For one value meal and a medium frosty, it cost me $13!
