Typical fast food restaurant, but clean with quick service. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Of course, the food never looks like it does in the commercials, but this IS fast food. We've never had to wait long either placing an order or receiving our food. Plenty of parking.
The store is nasty,the fried items look so disgusting cause they never filter the fryer. The employee's half ass everything and dont care about the quality of the food they serve cause the management all around this company is broken.
Would rate this place but I don't think the food or store has any issues..think the management staff needs to be trained properly so the other employees can get proper training....
Service there has never been spectacular by any means but today I got no service! Walked in and went to the register to place my order and there were at least 5 people to look my way but not one person offered to take my order! What the crap is that! I stood there for a good 10 minutes and still no one took my order!!! Can you say need new management????
Went through the drive thru and was told to wait just a moment. After 5 minutes of waiting we ask her if we should just come inside. She tells us no and that she had to make a shake. So we wait for 5 more minutes and finally get our order taken. After a grand total of 18 minutes in the drive thru we finally got our food. Both containers of fries are dumped in the top of the bag. Food was great, but they have got to get their drive-thru together. Thank goodness I wasn't in a hurry or on my lunch break trying to get food.
