My first time at FL. I had the Salmon BLT, it was wonderful. The presentation of everything I seen coming out to the dining room was lovely. Service was good and they were really busy. What I didn't like was it was so loud you couldn't hear the person next to you. I also felt like a sardine. Tables are WAY to close and you get bumped into and people are right on top of you. We were put right in front of the entrance. For the amount of business that was flowing in and out of FL, they really need to consider a different floor plan or a new bigger building.
Very delicious food, causal atmosphere and friendly staff. Had the Salmon BLT. It was phenomenal! Quite possibly one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten! The fried oysters were also amazing! Will definitely be going back, and highly recommend
One of the best restaurants in town and has been for years. Great menus for both lunch and dinner with awesome daily specials. Every server we've ever had has been friendly and professional. Personal favorites are the salmon BLT at lunch and fish and chips for dinner. Of course the taco salad and hickory burger are righteous too!
My wife and I were leaving the Pisgah Forest and wanted to find a lunch spot before heading to the Sierra Nevada brewery. We decided to drive down to Falls Landing and boy were we happy we did. The place was cute, the service was great, but the food was even better. I got their signature burger and it was delicious. The real surprise was the bun! Bear with me here. I saw on the menu that the bun was made by a local bakery. Past experience led me to think it would be some hearty, chewy affair. But this was the most perfect hamburger bun I've ever had! My wife thoroughly enjoyed the Ahi Tuna sandwich and was also super impressed by the bun. After our meal we walked over to the bakery to check it out for ourselves.
Food was excellent but the service needs some work. When your waitress gets your order, drinks plus food then never comes back..because she is to interested in getting the next customer..Poor service
