Great place. The staff was very friendly. Overall this hotel is new and clean. Breakfast was good. Mostly for us just off the parkway. I highly recommend.

A decent place to stay in for a few nights. We visited brevard, NC because of all the surrounding trails in the area. They let us park in the back of the hotel and have our bikes kept in the room. The place was neat and clean.
My room was called and my 2 year old baby was woken up at 12am for Christina to tell me that I need to come to the front to move my vehicle after being told that I could park in the spot that I was parked in which was the exact same spot that I happened to park in the previous night. When I returned from relocating my vehicle from the spot that I was told I could park it in I called the clerk (Christina) to the from the back to inquire about why she called my room so late and to ask if she couldn't think of a better way to handle this situation besides calling my room at 12am when I have a 2 year old in my room sleeping. Christina was extremely combative and immediately started yelling at me as if me questioning her about calling my room at midnight was a problem. In the middle of her yelling at me I asked for her name. She replied Christina, I asked for her last name and she replied "I'm NOT TELLING YOU" in the most rude demeaning tone I've ever been spoken to in in my life. This person clearly shouldn't be dealing with any customer on any day anywhere. This is by far the MOST HORRIBLE experience I've ever had to endure at any establishment period. Due to this experience we will NEVER spend money with this hotel chain again If something drastic isn't done to rectify this situation. If you're considering staying here I would would highly recommend finding somewhere other than this place to stay.
Good clean hotel, friendly staff. Major chain restaurants in the area are limited. Nice area. Will definitely stay here again.
