Expect to be treated like a criminal in a probation office
I've been here for both dental and medical assistance. I love the entire staff from the front desk to the doctors and nurses. Everyone is so polite, and they truly take the time to talk with you on each visit. I've never felt rushed! They also assisted in making referrals to other medical offices that could help as well. Just a great group of people who are there to help anyway they can!!
The whole staff was extremely nice. The dentist is amazing. Got a tooth pulled today and I haven't even had to take anything for pain. She's good!!
Staff is good,but waiting in office and to see doctor is too long. Have waited on phone over 30 minutes to talk to someone who speaks like a human. If leave name and number for a call back your screwed they never call back. I like Dr latter.
I've had good experiences here, both with medical and dental. My two complaints are these:
2) There is an utterly obnoxious television in the waiting room spewing info-ads nonstop. Who really needs that?
1) When providers leave to practice elsewhere, there is no notification to patients.
