Had a washer and dryer delivered- absolutely the best experience I have ever had! I believe his name was Breck (sorry!) and he was great! Walked me through everything and was super helpful and on time!
Lots of just what you need to complete a project, but sometimes it’s hard to find an associate to help, but when I do find someone to help they are courteous and usually know just where to find what I need.
The facility was clean and well staffed. However in all three visits, there was a lot of forklift activity and multiple aisles closed. Prices are reasonable but most discounts now require you to register online.
The store is nice and service has been acceptable for in store purchasing. I would not recommend them for contracting services. I purchased a new house and have been trying to work through lowes since August to get my yard fenced in. Its the end of October and we have yet to even be scheduled for an install date. The materials showed up over a week ago and they have just been sitting there taking up space. We were told our install date likely would not be until late November. Thats as far as we've gotten despite my wife and I calling numerous times to remind them that we exist. Thousands of dollars spent and no fence for our dogs for 3 months? Unacceptable.
