They're very friendly and accommodating, I have seen them packaging and shipping all kinds of different size things for people all over the world. Extremely affordable and they really know what they're doing. A great value.

2. Don't expect your mother to shop around for the best mailing price.
So today I had my mother try and send me a pair of bike shorts that I had left behind. The caviot is that I live in Fairbanks, Alaska. Apparently she was told that it would be 170 dollars to send a package that most likely weighed less than 4-5 lbs. She was also told that it would be comparable to send it via usps. Both of those claims are ridiculous. According to UPS 2017 ground rates it should be no more than 10 bucks. Flat rate box from usps will also be around that much. Apparently this was the manager? I don't have a name of the person but they really have no idea what they are doing and therefore lost my business.

Consistently excellent service & product experience! The business I work for uses this location for all our print needs and they are always top notch - on time, quality print products & professional service. But Benny & Hanna went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND on my last order!! I was in a big rush for a very small print job before a very busy weekend of holiday deliveries for UPS (that was already delayed by the prior week's snow storm). For time/logistics sake, I submitted my order to a location in a different town. Due to a miscommunication & lack of necessary equipment at that location, my order was not on site when I needed it. I called the Brevard store in a panic for help. Benny & Hanna coordinated flawlessly with the other store. Not only did Benny track down my order, but Hanna GOT IT TO ME on time. This was a small order, and they could have just let it go. Because they went the extra mile, I was able to fulfill my commitments to my client. In my book, that's priceless. THANK YOU!!
