On a road trip from FL to TN via GA, we decided to check out this area of NC after reading some good stuff about it. Since we were without bikes, we looked up shops and found Squatch. What a great place...the town, the riding, the beer, the bike shop! No bro-brah bike shop attitude just good, honest service. The bonus was they had Intense bikes, which my husband has wanted to try. Gave us great trail recommendations we were able to do from the shop, since we didn't have a bike rack. Thank you Squatch, we will definitely be back!
I can't say enough about what a great experience I had building a bike with James and his team at Squatch. His entire team was willing to listen, help and go the extra mile to build the exact bike I wanted. It was a pleasure working with Squatch and resulted in getting a killer Intense Primer bike!!!
We are new to the area and the first time my wife and I went in, we were treated like we were old friends. The guys are great! They even took care of my skinny tire bike and did a phenomenal job! I don't think my road bike has ever shifted so smoothly! I can't wait for them to work on my mountain bike because I know it will be better than new when they get done!
Visited the shop for the first time the other day after riding at Dupont. Mike and Gus were great to talk to and do business with. They took time to explain about their products and told me about the area and group ride events while I enjoyed a post ride recovery drink and checked out their nice selection of bikes and merchandise.
